If you're running late for a booking, this may affect other users of GoGet, So it's really important that you let us know as soon as possible. As long as you extend your booking or give us reasonable notice that you are running late you won't incur penalties.
If you return the vehicle past the booking time and have not notified GoGet, you will incur a $25 fee in addition to having to pay for the extra time you used the car.
If another member has a booking immediately after yours and is inconvenienced by your being late, you may also be liable for an additional penalty.
