If you remember your member number and password, log in and book a car using the Booking System.

Forgotten your member number/username?

  • it's an 8 digit number you would have chosen when you first signed up or your email address
  • If you still don't remember it, give us a call on 1300 769 389 and answer some ID questions

Forgotten your password?

Check your wallet, do you still have a GoGet smartcard? You need one to get into the car.

If not, you can request one by emailing application@goget.com.au, or pick one up at a GoGet pickup point.
