The system isn't letting me make a booking

The most common reason why a booking won't go through (after you have logged in) is a problem taking your preauthorisation.

Check that your credit card has enough funds available for the preauthorisation amount on your plan. This could be $50, $250 or $500 depending on which plan you're on.

If your credit card has been changed, please update your card number in My Account.
