When you book a car online, the fuel card PIN for that car is displayed in the confirmation page.
If you'd like, you can write that down before you go to your car, but there are easier ways to bring it up when you need to refuel.
- Go to the Manage tab on the GoGet App
- Check your booking confirmation email
- Check your confirmation SMS (you can turn this on in My Info)
If you can't locate the fuel PIN and need to move on, remember we can reimburse you if you pay with your own money. Simply email the receipt for fuel you have paid for yourself to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll credit you back.
