There are a few reasons why a car might not be at the pod waiting for you at the beginning of your booking.
- It may have been parked somewhere nearby, instead of in the pod. Have a look around, and check your booking confirmation to see if a note was left by the previous member
- The previous member may be running late. If you’re not in a hurry, wait a few minutes and they could be just around the corner
If you can’t find the car, and can’t spare the time to wait, simply book another car nearby and email us. We’ll delete your original booking, and look into why the car wasn’t in its pod.
