Everyone is meant to fill up once the tank gets below ¼ full, but for various reasons this doesn’t always get done.
If you get into a car and it has less than ¼ tank, please email us so we can educate the previous member. But first, find your way to a petrol station at the start of your booking, or within the first 20 Km and fill up, ask for a receipt and send it through to email@example.com!
If the car is so low on fuel that you won’t make it to a petrol station, book yourself another car and email us to explain what happened. We won’t charge you for the original booking, and we’ll send our Fleet team to fill the car up.
