The most common reason why you might not be able to extend your booking is that another member has the car immediately after you.
We normally send you an SMS message if somebody has booked the car immediately following your booking.
If you aren't able to return on time, please call us on 1300 769 389 and we'll sort something out for you.
It could also be that your booking has already ended, so the system doesn't recognise a current booking to extend.
If that's happened, you can book the time you need after your booking in the Booking System or mobile app as normal, and the system will merge the bookings later.
