My fuel card doesn't work

Sometimes when you go to pay for fuel with the fuel card, the transaction won't go through. This can be for a variety of reasons (detailed below), but the quickest way to fix it is to pay yourself. Keep the itemised receipt, and email it to fuel@goget.com.au to get credited back.

Reasons why the fuel card might not work:

  • The PIN is specific to the car. If you've accidentally taken the wrong car, the PIN you have will be incorrect.
  • The fuel cards are programmed to only work with the right fuel for the car. If you've used the wrong fuel, the card won't work.
  • Technical or admin error.

We will credit your GoGet account to the value of any fuel you buy yourself. Simply take a photo of the itemised receipt with your phone, and email it to fuel@goget.com.au
