Every time you use a GoGet car, you should check it for damage.
If you notice damage to the car, inside or out, check the damage log in the co-pilot, usually kept in the glove box. The damage may have already been reported, or it could be new.
If the damage is not described in the damage log or does not have a valid report number, you need to report it to us.
If you have an active booking, you can do this through the GoGet app by going to Manage My Booking or you can call us on 1300 769 389, tell us a bit about the damage and ask for an incident number. Then, write it down in the damage log, so the next member doesn’t need to report it.
- In a rush? Leave us a voicemail with the car name, number plate and your member number or alternatively, use the below form to let us know, you can also include photos of the damage.
- You must notify us at the start of the booking to avoid being held responsible.
