Activating a new smartcard

There are different ways to get a smart card after completing your application. You can have a pre-assigned card sent to your preferred address, or pick one up from one of our many retailers. 

If you received a smartcard in the post after signing up, it's already active and there's nothing you need to do.

If you chose to pick up a member pack, you will need to take your driver's licence (or passport and a utility bill), and the credit card we have on file. Once your ID has been verified, simply give GoGet a call on 1300 769 389. A staff member will assist with activating the card. 

Now your card is active and you're all set to make a booking!
