Enquire about a charge

Compare the charge against your last invoice by going to My Account.

Remember that your invoice charge will be for the previous month's usage. If you book a car and drive in January, you'll get an invoice for that trip in early February, and your credit card or PayPal will be charged for the trip in mid to late February.

Some GoGet plans have preauthorisations. These are temporary holds of $1 on your account, to ensure your credit card or PayPal account is active and valid. These will be taken each time you make a booking, but only if you don’t already have a current preauthorisation.

As part of the application process, we may take a micropayment as a preauthorisation. This will typically be for a few cents.

If your charge still can’t be explained, please take a screenshot of the payment, and contact us. We’ll investigate and get back to you.
